📢 News: Visy has acquired Vidamin Oy – an access control and traffic management provider
The companies have a shared history as Vidamin has previously used Visy’s license plate recognition software as a part of its access control system. Over the years, both companies have offered similar solutions, therefore combining forces brings both strategic benefits and additional value to customers.
Due to the acquisition, Vidamin becomes a subsidiary of Visy and a part of the VisionSense Technologies group. The acquisition was confirmed 31 December 2024.
